Registered Manager

Nursing Solutions Limited has recently been awarded a place on the London Regional Agency Nursing Framework and is aiming to recruit a Qualified Nurse, currently registered with the NMC, to take the position of Nurses Agency Registered Manager.

The candidate must be highly motivated and must be able to demonstrate ability in running a Nurses Agency. The candidate must have knowledge of legislation and regulation, in particular CQC Standards, ISA and NMC Code of Conduct.

The ideal candidate will already have experience of working as a nurse agency manager and will have achieved the NVQ Level 4 RMA.

If you don't possess this qualification, training and development can be provided to the right candidate.

Some of the duties associated with this post are:
To have 24 hour responsibility for the running of the Nurses Agency in the company's London Office.To be responsible for the recruitment of staffTo manage nurses working on placements for the agencyTo promote the reputation of the agency within the sectorTo engage with the London Regional Agency Nursing Framework in maintaining and securing business opportunities for the company.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop and expand the company's business in London.

The position is subject to a three month probationary period.
