Nursing Solutions Limited was launched in 1999 as a Nurses Agency in England and in Wales.
In 2003 it also registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency in England and in 2005 in Wales.
At this present time Nursing Solutions Limited has branches serving the South West of England and Wales. The company’s Head Office is in Weston-super-Mare and from this office is now run a registered Nurses Agency and registered Domiciliary Care Agency.
The branches in both Wales and Bath are registered Domiciliary Care Agencies.
Each branch has its own registered manager with skills, expertise and competence appropriate to their roles.
Head Office provides central support for finance. The payroll for all areas is produced at head office. It also provides operational support in the following areas:-
Marketing
Contracting
Legal
Sales
I.T.
Each branch individually provides comprehensive training to its own workforce. Much of this is in-house but it also uses accredited training organisations as a supplement.
