Nursing Solutions Limited was launched in 1999 as a Nurses Agency in England and Wales.  In 2003 it also registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency in England and in 2005 in Wales.  At this present time Nursing Solutions Limited has branches serving the South West of England and Wales. 

The company's Head Office is in Weston-super-Mare and from this office is now run a registered Nurse's Agency and registered Domiciliary Care Agency.  The branches in both Wales and Keynsham are registered Domiciliary Care Agencies.  Each branch has its own registered manager with skills, expertise and competence appropriate to their roles. 

Head Office provides central support for finance.  The payroll for all areas is produced at Head Office.  It also provides operational support in the following areas :

• Marketing
• Contracting
• Legal
• Sales
• I.T.

Each branch individually provides comprehensive training to its own workforce.  Much of this is In House, but it also uses accredited training organisations as a supplement. 

Nursing Solutions Limited is registered with Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) as a Nurses Agency and a Domiciliary Care Agency in England and also registered with Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales as a Domiciliary Care Agency (CSSIW).

Nursing Solutions recruits and supplies all grades of Qualified Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to a variety of care settings including nursing and residential homes, hospitals, Local Health Authorities and Local Government.
