Nursing Solutions Limited was originally launched in 1999 as a Nurses Agency, both in England and in Wales.
In 2003 it became a dual registered agency by registering as a Domiciliary Care Agency in the South West of England. It also registered to provide Domiciliary Care Services in Wales in 2005.
From its launch in 1999 Nursing Solutions Limited has progressively grown and developed both geographically and in its service provision. At this present time Nursing Solutions Limited has branches serving in Weston-super-Mare, Keynsham, Pontypridd in Wales and is in the process of developing branches in London, Swindon, and Newport.
Nursing Solutions Limited is registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) as a Domiciliary Care Agency and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a Nurses Agency and a Domiciliary Care Agency in England where it has been awarded a THREE STAR RATING.
Nursing Solutions Limited is a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and also the Employment Law Advisory Service. It is also a supplier to Buying Solutions the national procurement partner for U.K. public services.
Nursing Solutions Limited has established itself as a lead provider of nursing and domiciliary care services in the South West of England and Wales, and through the recent appointment onto a variety of Framework Agreements with the NHS, are now in a position to offer a variety of placements for nurses, care staff and non-clinical workers in a variety of NHS settings. It is presently recruiting all grades of Qualified Nurses, Healthcare Workers and non-clinical workers to supply to a variety of care settings including nursing and residential homes, hospitals, Local Health Authorities and Local Government.
As a company Nursing Solutions has always been committed to providing a professional and quality service to its service users and optimum working conditions for its staff.
The company signed an agreement with the RCN in 1999 "To promote high standards in professional, educational and employment practices", and has always upheld this agreement.

Nursing Solutions Limited is highly committed to the professional development of all staff and each branch has the facilities and resources to provide comprehensive training to its own workforce. Many of the managers are themselves qualified nurses with teaching qualifications and experience who together provide an invaluable resource of skill, knowledge and experience for the company.
Training is a priority within the company and as well as the provision of In-House training the company also provides a comprehensive Induction Programme which can be completed as elearning. This training is accredited and offers an additional way to learn and develop skills and knowledge.
A requirement of employment for all Health Care Assistants is that they either must already hold, or be committed to complete the NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. The company has a training provider for all new employees without this qualification and they are signed on the course within a month of registration.
Nursing Solutions Limited provides support for staff to develop professionally and actively encourages the completion of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Nursing Solutions Limited also has its own brand of Quality Gloves which it sells at a very competitive price to both the Health Care Sector and other business. Through its own use of PPE in the community the company identified issues with many of the gloves it bought from other suppliers and through an extensive search identified a company using a process that developed a glove that had strength, flexibility and was not powdered, therefore suitable for those with allergic conditions.
